Dendrobium are one of the most elegant and versatile flowers used in floral designs and weddings. Dendrobium are also one of the most affordable of cut orchids. They come in all shades of pinks, blues, purples, yellows, reds and whites. They also come dyed for some very bright and unusual uses. Dendrobium come as a single stem with many flowers blooming up the length of the flower. The length of Dendrobium varies depending on the variety, but they are known to be a tall elongated and spiky flower used to add height to arrangements. All varieties generally come in with the bloom open and most are available throughout the year. We recommended processing  them 2 to 3 days before use in order to allow the bloom hydrate.  Average vase life of Dendrobium are around 5-10 days. We import Dendrobium from Holland and Thailand – and when in season, we buy from local farms in the United States. Wholesale Dendrobium are sold in bunches of 10 stems or by the box, all packed with water tubes in place to maintain hydration. Dendrobium should be kept in a cool area for storage, or left at room temperature to allow to hydrate before use. We can accommodate special orders of bulk quantity of a specific color, please give us 10 days notice –  often we can accommodate last minute orders as we keep many varieties in stock.
