Cut Cotton Stems (Gossypium) have really grown in popularity as a vase flower recently. Very trendy when used in wedding bouquets and centerpieces. They are long lasting, available year round and make an affordable – yet upscale filler flower. On average, each stem of Cotton has 3 to 5 blooms and each bunch has 1-3 stems depending on the size. Cotton is delivered in with several blooms open and several closed buds, it is recommended ordering them 2 to 4 days before use in order to allow time for you to prepare your arrangements.
Cotton is supplied pre-dried, so vase life is not an issue. They will last as long as you do not damage them. We buy cotton from local farms in the United States. Wholesale Cotton stems are sold by the full box only with 15 bunches per box. Cotton should be kept in a dry area for storage, or left at room temperature. We can accommodate special orders of bulk quantities as well as last minute orders. Cotton is generally available year round.
