Return/Refund Policy:

The product offered for sale is clearly described on the website. We take great pride in making sure what you order is what arrives. Our flowers are delivered direct from Holland with over 2k varieties to choose from and are high quality. All items are 100% guaranteed to be fresh and not damaged or defective. Sadly, we cannot offer refunds on items that were ordered incorrectly, and due to how quickly our products are shipped we do not offer cancellation once an order is placed. We will happily offer refunds on any damaged products in the form of either store credit towards the next purchase or reimbursement minus any delivery fees. Due to the perishable nature of the product we sell it must be returned and inspected within 24 hours of delivery/pickup. Returning of damaged product will be the same as the delivery/pickup option selected while ordering.

Delivery Policy & Methods:

We guarantee that the product you order will arrive on the day you have specified, but we do not guarantee an exact time of its arrival. When the method of delivery is set as warehouse pickup we will accommodate your pickup, within standard business hours. We are not responsible for any attempt to pick up during off business hours, in this case pickup will occur the next day. When you have requested store delivery we will do our very best to get your product to you as quickly as possible with the understanding you will make yourself available for delivery during normal business hours.
